In 2021, a Sync EV 7.4kW Smart domestic car charging point (EVCP) was installed at Netherwood.
This facility is for those renting the house and an RFID card together with a set of house keys will be there on your arrival.
The use of the Sync EV Charger (Type 2) is free for one car, extra cars incur a modest cost. Park your EV as near to the left-hand side of the gable end, from where you’ll be able to access the charge point.
NB, the Sync EV is untethered so make sure you’ve got your own cable.
